Invite: Achieving World Health Organisation air pollution guidelines

 Last September, ahead of the UK putting a legal duty to set new air quality targets into law with the Environment Act, the World Health Organisation published new air pollution guidelines. 

The APPG is delighted to host a panel of experts to discuss how we achieve ambitious air pollution targets in the UK and why it is crucial to public health:

  • Dr Dorota Jarosińska, Programme Manager, Living and Working Environments at World Health Organisation
  • Professor Eloise Scotford, Professor of Environmental Law at UCL
  • Bill Parish, Deputy Director for Air Quality and Industrial Emissions in Defra

Presentations will be followed by a Q&A.
